How to set the correct file format for Bergendahls

This guide shows you how to get the correct format for Bergendahls POS reports for effectmanager.

The POS files from Bergendahls contain Sales data on a monthly level. There is no period provided in the file - the period MUST be provided in the file name. Data is loaded on the last day of the month.

Accepted file format: Excel.xlxs
Accepted period names: Filename_POS_YYMM_Your Company
e.g Filename_POS_1911_effectmanager
Accepted number formats: 100.000
VAT: Excluding VAT. VAT 25% is added to turnover the cube.

🔴OBS! effectmanager has a limit of 20 MB for POS files when uploading.

Bergendahls reports for effectmanager

The file format for Bergendahls is Excel.xlxs. The file must contain the following headers in the order given below.

Column A: Butik
Column B: Varugrupp
Column C: Varumärk
Column D: EAN
Column E: Artikelbenämning
Column F: Antal st
Column G: Antal kg
Column H: Fsg kr

🔴OBS! The file contains Total Sales lines with one per shop. These are not imported to effectmanager as the Total Sales per Shop.
