This guide shows you the accepted file format for Clas Ohlson POS reports for effectmanager.
The POS files from Clas Ohlson contain Sales data on a daily level.
Accepted file format: CSV
Accepted number format: 1,000
VAT: Excluding VAT.
Sweden: The VAT is added to the cube 25% for non-food and 15% for food.
Norway: The VAT is added to the cube 25% for non-food and 15% for food.
Finland: The VAT is added to the cube 24%.
Accepted date format: YYYY-MM-DD eg. 2019-11-27

Clas Ohlson POS reports for effectmanager
The file format for Clas Ohlson POS reports is CSV files. The reports must contain the following headers in the two files in the order given below.
POS data for Germany and the United Kingdom are not read into the cube at the moment, but POS data are available.
👍Pro-tip: There are no EANs in the Sales files, so to map your POS data you must react to the EAN listings in the alert mail you get when POS data is uploaded. Then you must map the products in the EAN mapping in effectmanager. See our guide here on how to use EAN mapping in effectmanager.

- Column B: Product Id
- Column C: Product
- Column D: Vendor Product Id
- Column E: Product Vendor
- Column F: Company Id
- Column G: Retail Channel Type
- Column H: Retail Channel
- Column I: Sales Quantity
- Column J: Sales Net
