      How to export POS reports for Coop Norway

      This guide shows you how to export POS reports from Coop CDW in the correct format for upload to effectmanager.

      When downloading reports from Coop CDW we recommend that you use the browsers Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.

      🔴OBS! Coop has a maximum export of 30-32.000 lines per report. It is most commonly the sales report that is too big. We recommend splitting it by chains or date. 

      Your file is exported correctly when:

      • The file format is txt.
      • The number format is exported like this 1 000.
      • It contains report filters in both files.
      • It contains the correct headers for both files.
