How to export POS reports for Dagrofa

When downloading reports from Dagrofa we recommend that you use the browsers Firefox, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- Log in at merkurlive.dk
- Input Username and Password you received from Merkur.

🔴OBS! effectmanager has a limit of 20 MB for file upload. It is most commonly the sales-files that are too big. We recommend splitting it by Time period or Chain.

Export of POS reports in Merkurlive
POS reports for effectmanager are already created in Merkurlive, and you will just need to export the report Eksport af fladfil og sortimentstotaler.
Accepted file format: Excel
Accepted number format: 1000,00
You need to export two files:
- 1 sales file
- 1 category file
