How to set the correct file format for Zoo SE

This guide shows you the accepted file format for Zoo SE POS reports for effectmanager.

The POS files from Zoo SE contain Sales data on a Daily level. 

Accepted file format: Excel.xlxs

Accepted number format: 1000.00

VAT: Sales files are excluding VAT. VAT is added to Turnover in the cube for each country.  

• Finland 14%
• Norway 25%
• Sweden 25%

Turnover Currency: Turnover is in SEK

Accepted Month Values: The file contains months in the abbreviation form, these are translated into numbers for the import, based on the following rules: Jan = 01, Feb = 02, etc. 
As months, the possible values are Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, and Dec (both upper and lower cases). 

Chain Names: Retail SE, Online Norge, Online Sverige, Online Finland.

• Column E = Retail - Chain Name  = Retail SE
• Column E = Online - Chain Name = Column F

• Column C: Week 

• Column D: Dato

• Column E: Online/Retail

• Column F: Store 

• Column G: Animal Type

• Column H: Brand

• Column I: Product Category

• Column J: Product Subcategory

• Column K: Document No

• Column: L Product No

• Column M: EAN

• Column N: Vendor Item No

• Column O: Product Description

• Column P: Qty per Order

• Column Q: Orders

• Column R: Sales Qty

• Column S: Sales
