      How to set the correct POS file format for Plantasjen

      This guide shows you the accepted file format for Plantasjen POS reports for effectmanager.

      The POS files from Plantasjen contain Sales data on a daily level. 

      Accepted file format: Excel.xlxs

      Accepted number format: 1.000,00

      VAT: Without VAT. 

      The VAT rate is added to the Turnover at import:

      • SE = 25% 
      • NO = 25%

      Turnover Currency: Currency is set based on the Market in Column A:

      • SE = SEK 
      • NO = NOK

      Accepted date format: YYYY-MM-DD eg. 2023-03-26

      OBS! Plantasjen data is supplied from the wholesaler in a Pivot table. To import the data you must copy the data from the pivot to a new Excel file and insert it as values. 

      After the copy it is important to check that the format is still correct. 

      Plantasjen reports for effectmanager

      As Plantasjen POS reports contain Volume and Turnover in the same tab, the report must have the following headers in the tab:

      • Column A: Market = Used to define Chain
      • Column B: Date = Periode = e.g. 2023-02-01
      • Column C: Item Number = Product ID
      • Column D: Item SKU Code = EAN
      • Column E: Item Name = Product
      • Column F: Main Group = Main Category
      • Column G: Product Group = Category
      • Column H: Warehouse Code = Store ID
      • Column I: Warehouse Name = Store Name
      • Column J: Sales Amount excl. VAT = Turnover
      • Column K: Sales QTY = Volume
