How to set the correct POS file format for Pets

This guide shows you the accepted file format for Pets POS reports for effectmanager.

The POS files from Pets contain Sales data on a daily level. 

Accepted file format: Excel.xlxs

Accepted number format: 1.000,00

VAT: Included VAT. Norway = 25%

Turnover Currency: NO = NOK

Date format: The date is delivered in 3 separate columns

• Column A: Year - YYYY - E.g 2023

• Column B: Month - E.g May
  Accepted Values: January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December

• Column C: Date - DD E.g 23

→ Imported as Date 23/05/2023

As Pets POS reports contain Turnover and Quantity, the reports must have the following headers in the tab:

• Column A: År = Year
• Column B: Måned = Month
• Column C: Dag = Date
• Column D: Butikk = Store
• Column E: Antall solgt = Volume 
• Column F: Varenr = EAN
• Column G: Navn = Product Name
• Column H: Salg ink.mva = Turnover incl VAT
