How to set the correct POS file format for Rema1000 Denmark
This guide shows you the correct format for Rema1000 Denmark POS reports for effectmanager.
If you partner with effectmanager and Rema1000 Denmark, you can seamlessly upload this data into effectmanager.
Every week, Rema1000 Denmark will provide you with an email containing the Point of Sale (POS) report for effectmanager.
The sales file will detail the sales from the previous week (Sunday to Saturday); data is daily.
Rema1000 Denmark Sales Report
The following are the file criteria
- Accepted file format: CSV - ANSI encoding
- Accepted number format: 1000.00
- VAT: Including VAT.
- Accepted date format: DD-MM-YYYY, eg, 21-11-2024
- Currency: DKK
Headers in the Sales Report
POS reports for effectmanager must contain the following headers in the order given below.
- Column A: Kæde
- Column B: Varenavn
- Column C: REMA Varenr.
- Column D: EAN
- Column E: Hoved kategori
- Column F: Underkategori
- Column G: Regionsnr
- Column H: Dato
- Column I: Salg inkl. moms
- Column J: Volumen
- Column K: Bruttoavance
- Column L: Bruttoavancepct.
NB! The Rema1000 DK file contains regional data, and the Stores will be named following this rule: Chain + Region number.
E.g REMA1000 - 1
