How to set the correct POS file format for Rema1000 Denmark

This guide shows you the correct format for Rema1000 Denmark POS reports for effectmanager.

If you have a partnership with effectmanager and Rema1000 Denmark, you can seamlessly upload this data into effectmanager.

Every week, Rema1000 Denmark will provide you with an email containing the Point of Sale (POS) report for effectmanager.

The sales file will detail the sales from the previous week (Sunday to Saturday), data is on a day level.

Rema1000 Denmark Sales Report

The following are file criteria

• Accepted file format: CSV - ANSI encoding
• Accepted number format: 1000.00
• VAT: Including VAT.
• Accepted date format: DD-MM-YYYY eg. 21-11-2024
• Currency: DKK

Headers in the Sales Report

POS reports for effectmanager must contain the following headers in the order given below.

• Column A: Kæde
• Column B: Varenavn
• Column C: REMA Varenr.
• Column D: EAN
• Column E: Hoved kategori 
• Column F: Underkategori 
• Column G: Dato
• Column H: Salg inkl. moms 
• Column I: Volumen
