The Knowledge Base structure

The Knowledge Base has main groups and some subgroups based on the different effectmanager modules and their functions.

Click the Group, to get to the different subgroups and the articles. You can also use the search field, and it will provide you with all the articles containing the search words. 

 

Getting started: In this category, you will find the guides necessary for you to start working with products and promotions in effectmanager.

Promotions: In this category, you will find the guides necessary for you to work productively with promotion planning and analysis in effectmanager.

POS Data: In this category, you will find the guides necessary for you to set-up the POS report from your customers for upload to effecmanager.

Admin users: In this category, you will find the guides necessary for you to maintain your customers and your products in effectmanager.
