How to change the period or category for POS reports for Matas
This guide shows you how to change the period or category for POS reports for Matas. This guide is useful if you need to download historical data.
When downloading reports from Matas Insights it is recommended that you use the browsers Firefox, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge.
Change the period for the reports
You can change the period for the Sales or Stock reports in Matas Insights in the Top Menu.
1. Select the report for export (Sales or Stock)
2. In the top Menu navigate to the Period and press either the start or end date to change it.
Change the category for the reports
You can change what categories are exported in the files for the Matas Insights reports in the filter Menu.
1. Select the report for export (Sales or Stock)
2. In the filter menu, you can split the report on Brand, Catman, Product Group, Series, Store, Vendor Product Number, or Matas Number & name.
👍Pro-tip: It can be very useful to split your report if you have a new brand or product and need to export historical data.
