How to set the correct POS file format for Matas
This guide shows you how to use Matas POS reports for effectmanager.
When downloading reports from Matas Insights, it is recommended that you use the browsers Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Google Chrome.
Language setting in Matas Insights
The files must be exported in Danish Language settings. Often indicated by the last row in the file being stored like this:

Matas POS Sales reports for effectmanager
POS reports for effectmanager are already created in Matas Insights, and you just need to access the POS report Details - Sell Out - Store, Date, and SKU level.

VAT: Including VAT
Accepted date format: dd-mm-yyyy - e.g 30-12-2025

Stock reports for effectmanager are already created in Matas Insights, and you must use the report Details - Inventory - SKU level per location.

Accepted date format: dd-mm-yyyy - e.g 30-12-2025
👍Pro-Tip: The Stock report shows you data from the date you export it. If you want stock updates each day, you must export a new report each day.
