This guide is only of relevance if you have the online Promotion reports module in effectmanager.
The Promotion Calendar report provides you with an overview of your promotion. This report is perfect for Sales Reps.
Sales Reps can load the report themselves on a computer or an iPad (tablet) to prepare for a Promotion Sales Tour, or you can schedule a send out for them based on your filtering criteria.

The Promotion Calendar report does not contain confidential internal information and can be used in the Sales Reps communication with the stores.

The Sales Reps can use the Promotion Grouping filter to gain a better overview of promotions per chain or promotions per Promotion Week. Information that you find irrelevant on for this report can be excluded in the Grouping filter.
👍Pro-Tip: The internal comments from your promotions will be included in this report. This way you can inform Sales Reps about special conditions concerning a specific promotion.
The Promotion Calendar can be exported to Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF by pressing the icons at the bottom of the report.
