How to set the correct POS file format for Q8

This guide shows you how to get Q8 POS reports for effectmanager.

POS data reports from Q8 are sent automatically from Q8 to effectmanager. The format for the POS reports is set from Q8.

If you want POS data sent to effectmanager, you need to set-up an integration.

The following POS reports are available from Q8: Sales, Product, Category, Store, and Customer.

Accepted file format: CSV
Accepted number format: 1000.00
VAT: Excluding VAT 
Accepted date format: YYYY-MM-DD eg. 2019-11-27
