      How to set the correct POS file format for Rema1000 Norway

      This guide shows you how to get Rema1000 Norway POS reports for effectmanager.

      When downloading reports from Rema1000 Norway we recommend that you use the browsers Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Google Chrome.

      Rema1000 Norway Sales report

      When you are logged in to Tradesolution, go to your reports by pressing Tradefacts and then press Rapporter in the top menu. 
      Accepted file format: CSV
      Accepted number format: 1000,00
      VAT: Including VAT. 
      Accepted date format: DD.MM.YYYY eg. 27.11.2019

      Headers in the Sales Report

      POS reports for effectmanager must contain the following headers in the order given below.

      • Column A: Lopenr
      • Column B: Kundenavn
      • Column C: GTIN
      • Column D: Pakningnavn
      • Column E: Dato
      • Column F: Butikktype
      • Column G: FPakPOS
      • Column H: POSinkMVA

      NB! For Rema1000 the wholesaler internal ProductID is the same as EAN.

      🔴OBS! effectmanager has a limit of 20 MB  POS files when uploading.
