How to re-upload historical data for Salling Group

This guide shows you how and why to re-upload historical POS data for Salling Group.

Please contact effectmanager at support@effectmanager.com if you need to re-upload historical data for Salling Group.

Adding brands or products to your portfolio

If you have acquired a new brand or product, you must have made deliveries to Salling Group on your Supplier number before we can order historical data for you. 

Please follow the steps below

• Contact effectmanager, when you have delivered all products on your Supplier number to Salling Group.
• effectmanager will send you an article file from Salling Group and have you confirmed it contains all the products you need historical data on.
• effectmanager will order a re-send of historical data from Salling Group and follow-up on the re-upload, assuring your historical data is corrected in the cube. 
• effectmanager will inform you when your historical data is read into the cube. 

If you have new products, these must be created in effectmanager to be categorized in the cube.
