      How to upload POS reports for Salling Group

      This guide shows you how Salling Group POS reports are uploaded to the effectmanager FTP-server.

      Once you have set-up a POS integration with Salling Group your POS reports are sent automatically to the effectmanager FTP-server every Tuesday afternoon.

      Your Salling Group POS data will be visible in effectmanager from Wednesday morning. 

       

      effectmanager always follow-up on the upload of Salling Group POS reports assuring that data is successfully read into the cube on Wednesday morning.

      OBS! 

      For all file formats on Salling Group we only accept numerical integer numbers for volume. We apply Banker rounding, where values below 0,5 go down and above 0,5 go up. Value exactly of 0,5 always goes to the nearest even number. 

      Examples

      • 4,4 go down to 4
      • 4,5 go down to 4 (nearest even number)
      • 4,6 go up to 5
      • 5,5 goes up to 6 (nearest even number)

      The rule is applied to columns: "NETSALESPC, QUAN, SHRINKAGE_AMOUNT ,SCRAPPING_QUAN ,SHRINKAGE_QUAN"
