This guide shows you how to export POS reports from Coop DWH in the correct format for upload to effectmanager.
When downloading reports from Coop DWH we recommend that you use the browsers Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
- Log in at https://partner.coop.dk
- Input Username and Password
- Await your one-time SMS verification code

🔴OBS! Coop has a maximum export of 30-32.000 lines per report. It is most commonly the sales report that is too big. We recommend splitting it by Chains or date.
Exporting Coop Reports
1. Select the report you want to export and then run the report.

2. When the export is ready, export it by export.
3. Your file must be exported using the following criteria:
Export: Full report
Select: Regular Text with Semicolon
Select: Export Report title
Select: Remove extra column - NO

👍Your file is exported correctly when:
- The file format is txt.
- The number format is exported like this 1.000,00.
- It contains the correct headers for all the files.

Changing number format in Coop DWH
If your files are exported with the wrong number format, you need to change your settings in Coop DWH.
