Why can't I find a specific promotion?

This article answers the question of why you may not be able to find a specific promotion.

In Promotion Scheduler you may use your filters to search for a specific promotion. 
Your Period filter is most often the reason, for the promotion not being visible.  
Try selecting a wider period of time.
