Why do my products have a wrong EAN?
This article answers the question of why your products have a wrong EAN
Your product may have a wrong EAN in your POS cube file because in the POS data from the wholesaler there is an EAN code that is different from yours.
It is important to correct the EAN of the products because:
- EANs are used for the categorization of your POS data.
- EANs are used for importing Sales Out to your promotion with the bi-weekly POS integration.
