How do I deactivate a product?

This article answers the question of how you deactivate products or units in effectmanager.

To deactivate a product or unit, you must edit it. This can be done in effectmanager or using the export file.

NB! If you have a GS1 integration you maintain active and inactive products in GS1.

🔴OBS! You cannot deactivate consumer units if they are connected with units that are active. First, you must deactivate the unit(s) and then deactivate your consumer unit.

Edit the product in effectmanager and remove the checkmark next to active.
