How to upload POS reports for OK Plus

This guide shows you how to upload your OK Plus POS files in the effectmanager front end.

You upload the OK Plus POS files on your unique effectmanager website.

https://YOURCOMPANY.effectmanager.dk

Log in with your username and password and go to POS files upload.

After the upload, you receive an email confirmation for the upload. If the file is unsuccessful, you need to act on the errors listed in the email.

EAN validation for OK plus files

For OK Plus you only upload sales files. 

As OK Plus POS reports, do not have the correct product names, there is added an EAN validation in relation to the upload of the POS reports. The Product number from the file is the EAN and will be used to map the name from effectmanager to the EAN in your cube data. 

 

OK Plus POS reports, will in the validation email be unsuccessful, if a product is not created in effectmanager, with an EAN.

As shown below, the POS report validation is unsuccessful, if the product is not created in effectmanager. You must create the missing products in effectmanager to upload your POS file.
