This guide shows you how to upload your SOK POS files in effectmanager front end.
You upload the SOK POS files on your unique effectmanager website.
Log in with your username and password and go to POS files upload.
After the upload, you receive an email confirmation for the upload. If the file is unsuccessful, you need to act on the errors listed in the email.

👍Pro-Tip: If a product from the SOK file is not EAN mapped, the entries will be added to the EAN mapping file in Settings - EAN Mapping.
We recommend mapping your products at least once a month.

🔴OBS! effectmanager has a limit of 20 MB for files when uploading.
SOK Volumes file
SOK Volumes file is uploaded in the top section of the - you must remember to upload your file in the correct upload path. You can upload both Volumes and Values files at once if they do not exceed 20 MB in total.
Volumes Daily are uploaded on the left side upload path.
Volumes Weekly are uploaded on the right side upload path.
SOK Values file
SOK Values Monthly is uploaded in the bottom section. You can upload both Values and Volumes files at once if they do not exceed 20 MB in total.
