This guide shows you how to upload your Circle K POS files in effectmanager front end.
Circle K POS reports must be uploaded through your unique effectmanager website.

Go to POS files upload. Your Circle K POS reports must be uploaded to the folder Sales.
Upload your POS files to effectmanager - Remember to finish by pressing Upload all files.
👍Pro-Tip: As week data is put on Sundays you must make sure to ONLY have full weeks in the file uploaded. If week data is in two different files it will be overwritten.

🔴OBS! We recommend download Circle K POS reports on Wednesday. According to Circle K, their POS reports are updated Tuesday Afternoon.
🔴OBS! For week 01. If the first week of a year - week 01, is across two years the POS report from Circle K, will list days from week 01 as belonging to the previous year.
You MUST correct this manually by opening the CSV file in Notepad++ and make a search/replace for the year.
Example - Week 01 2020: is from 30/12/2019 - 05/01/2020.
Data from the days 30/12-31/12 2019 is listed as week 01 2019. But is in fact from week 01 2020.
To get data loaded correctly you must do a search for 2019 and replace it with 2020.
After the upload, you receive an email confirmation for the upload. If the file is unsuccessful, you need to act on the errors listed in the email.
NB! Your data is not imported if the result is unsuccessful.
EAN mapping of Circle K products
If products in the sales-file are missing EAN numbers, you will be notified in the email. The product needs to be EAN mapped - until it is EAN mapped sales data will be in Unknown.

🔴OBS! effectmanager has a limit of 20 MB for files when uploading. You can upload multiple files at once if they do not exceed 20 MB.
Uploading Sales Files on Category
If you want to upload data on only one category - You can split your Sales files from Circle K Denmark on Category and upload them to effectmanager.
🔴OBS! If you upload sales files split into the categories it is VERY important to make sure you ONLY have one week and one category per file. If not, then data will be overwritten.
