      When are sales out updated on my promotions?

      This article answers the question of when your sales out are updated on your promotions.

      Sales out are only updated on promotions that are marked as completed before the biweekly POS integration. Sales out will be updated on completed promotions if the following is true:

      • POS data for the wholesaler is uploaded to effectmanager.
      • The biweekly POS integrations have run the night to Wednesday and Friday. 

      I want to know more about the POS integration.

      Are sales out still not updated on your promotions - please check the following:
      Have I marked my promotion with the correct stage?
      I need to upload POS data for the customer?
      Does my product have the correct EAN?
